Adam Delgado is a seasoned printing industry professional with nearly 30 years of experience in press, prepress, and production. Beginning his career in the late 1990s, Adam developed a strong technical foundation across commercial printing, digital printing, large format, bindery, and production workflows.

Having recently transitioned into a sales role, he brings a unique combination of hands-on industry knowledge, problem-solving experience, and a customer-focused approach. Adam is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients find the right print solutions for their business needs.

My career has covered all aspects of the printing industry, beginning with operations running a press, which enabled me to found Bart Nay Printing in 1987. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the printing process, allowing me to utilize this knowledge to bring a fresh approach to our clients’ projects.

At the end of 2022, I made the decision to join Disc Pro Printing and Graphics. With increased capabilities, this decision allows me to continue supporting new and existing clients.

This is truly a “1 plus 1 equals 3” situation, expanding my capabilities. My focus will be on collaborating with clients and adding value by producing “world-class products”.

Byron k. Lee is a printing industry veteran with over 40 years of experience. He has worked in every stage of the printing process, from pre-press to sales and management. He is a G7 color expert, and has held positions in some of the most respected printing companies in Houston and DFW.
